Manage the maintenance and servicing of company vehicles.
Develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
Ensure vehicles are roadworthy, safe, and available for operations.
Supervise mechanics, technicians, and external maintenance vendors.
Monitor repair costs, spare parts usage, and maintenance budgets.
Diagnose recurring vehicle faults and implement corrective measures.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle repairs, servicing, and maintenance history.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Provide regular reports on fleet condition, maintenance activities, and downtime.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree/HND in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in fleet maintenance.
Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repairs, servicing, and preventive maintenance.
Experience managing mechanics/technicians and external vendors.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organisational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
Must be willing to work in Ikeja, Lagos
