Implement and monitor internal control systems. policies and SOPS
Conduct stock audits, process audits and compliance
Monitor inventory stock variances, wastages, damages, and adjustments.
Identify operational risks, control gaps and process weaknesses, and recommend corrective actions.
Review transactions and documentation for accuracy. completeness and compliance
Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile findings with system records
Monitor adherence to approved procedures, authorization limits and segregation of duties
Investigate irregularities, losses and control breaches and escalate significant findngs.
Track implementation and closure Of audit recomrnendations.
Prepare internal control, audit and cornpliance
REQUIREMENTS
B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
3—6 years' relevant experience in Internal Control, Internal Audit, Risk or Compliance.
MANDATORY:
proven experience working in a manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of inventory control, audit procedures and compliance rnonitoring.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
ICAN/ACCA qualification is an added advantage.
Strong analytical. investigative and problem -solving skills.
