Responsibilities

Property facility Manager who will be responsible for managing all our direct rental properties.

The responsibilities will include:

Taking inventory of newly rented out properties
Following up with tenants,
Conducting property inspections every six months to ensure the properties are being properly maintained,
Attending to tenant complaints and concerns and sending timely reminders for rent renewals and any applicable rent increases
The Property facility Manager will also be responsible for ensuring smooth communication between the tenants and the company and making sure all our rental properties are properly managed and maintained
Taking inventory of recently rented properties.
