Well Intervention Specialist at Scruples Resources

Plan and review well intervention activities and provide solutions for well integrity issues.
Support routine well intervention, well diagnostics, and downhole remediation activities.
Develop detailed operational procedures for intervention operations.
Evaluate and trial new well completion and intervention technologies.
Work closely with Drilling and Frac Service teams on wellhead transitions, barriers, and fit-for-purpose solutions.
Monitor well and field completion performance and integrity using industry-recognized software.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and well barrier requirements.
Support safe and efficient execution of wireline, slickline, coiled tubing, and other intervention operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering.
10–15 years of experience in rigless well intervention operations.
Strong experience in wireline, slickline, and coiled tubing design, planning, and execution.
Experience with sour gas, unconventional, HPHT, tight gas, or tight oil wells is highly desirable.
Proven experience with completion design, tubing movement, coiled tubing, wireline, slickline, hydraulic fracturing, and flowback operations.
Strong knowledge of wellhead and downhole completion design, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of well integrity, well barriers, intervention safety, and industry standards.
Experience applying new technologies and best practices to optimize well intervention operations.
