We are seeking a motivated and technically inclined Systems Support / Network Engineer to provide technical support, maintain network infrastructure, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure the smooth operation of the Company's IT systems.
The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant experience, good problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, routers, switches, and other IT equipment.
Monitor and maintain network connectivity, including LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi.
Assist with system updates, backups, security checks, and user account management.
Diagnose and resolve network and system performance issues.
Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
Provide technical assistance and guidance to staff.
Liaise with external vendors/service providers when required.
Perform other IT support and network-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree/HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Networking, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in IT support, systems administration, or network support.
Good understanding of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, and common business applications.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi.
Familiarity with routers, switches, and basic network configuration.
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or equivalent are an added advantage.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
