Design and implement monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks
Track program progress, outputs, and outcomes against set indicators
Collect, analyze, and manage qualitative and quantitative data
Prepare reports, dashboards, and learning briefs for stakeholders
Support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement

Required Skills:

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Experience with data collection tools and reporting
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of development programs and impact measurement.
