The Role
Provides financial data preparation, reconciliations, variance analysis, and process consistency support for the E&E FP&A CoE. Ensures accurate, reliable financial information, strengthens data integrity and processes, and enables Business Decision Support teams and stakeholders to make informed financial decisions.
Accountabilities
Data Quality & Reconciliation Oversight
Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations across SAP, Anaplan, and market datasets, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency for planning, forecasting, and reporting while identifying and escalating discrepancies.
Maintain audit-ready documentation, version control, and standardized data repositories, while partnering with BDS teams to align financial data inputs with business-facing outputs and reporting requirements.
Financial Data Preparation
Prepare standardized financial data packs, extracts, and variance analyses, highlighting trends and anomalies while supporting consistent sector-level datasets and market summaries for informed business decision-making.
Process Execution & Standardisation & Efficiency
Execute standardised financial processes, reporting frameworks, and data governance standards, ensuring consistent data structures, process compliance, and continuous improvement through identification of inefficiencies and enhancement opportunities.
Support to BDS Teams
Provide reconciled and accurate datasets to support performance reviews, resolve data discrepancies with finance and systems teams, and respond promptly to business reporting and data requests.
Essential
Role specific knowledge and experience:
Significant experience in financial data analysis, FP&A, management accounting or similar.
Experience completing reconciliations and supporting monthly reporting cycles.
Ability to work with complex financial datasets across multiple markets or business units.
Experience with Anaplan or similar EPM platforms.
Capability in financial modelling, forecasting and analytics, as well as strong data literacy (Power BI, dashboard creation, and data modelling).
Desirable
Track record of delivering accurate financial reporting and analysis to tight deadlines.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP platforms.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a matrix or multi‑country organisational context.
Role Specific Skills
Data accuracy & reconciliation skills – ability to identify errors and inconsistencies across multiple datasets.
Process discipline – reliable execution of standardised processes, templates and workflows.
EPM systems proficiency – strong working knowledge of Anaplan, and experience working with SAP and associated reporting tools.
Attention to detail – consistently high levels of accuracy and completeness.
Clear communication – able to summarise financial data simply for internal stakeholders.
Time management – ability to prioritise across multiple countries and reporting deadlines.
