Key Requirements

3-5+ years of relevant experience
Experience managing an orphanage or residential children's home
Knowledge of child safeguarding and protection
Experience supervising caregivers and residential staff
Understanding of children's welfare, healthcare, hygiene and feeding.
Strong leadership, integrity, patience, and compassion
Willingness to live and work within the orphanage environment
Ability to provide verifiable references.

Preference will be given to candidates with a background in the various job positions.
Candidates must be fluent in English.
