Job Summary
The IT Manager will lead the organization’s digital transformation agenda and serve as the strategic custodian of its ERP ecosystem.
The role is responsible for driving the implementation, optimization, and scalability of ERP systems across multiple operational locations, ensuring that technology supports operational efficiency, financial control, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation, optimization, and administration of the organization’s ERP platform across multiple locations.
Ensure effective utilization of core ERP modules including Sales, HR, Inventory, Finance, and Fixed Assets.
Oversee ERP integration for central production, logistics, and internal stock transfers.
Develop real-time management dashboards for sales performance, food cost analysis, and labor productivity.
Enforce strong data governance standards and ensure alignment between system records and physical operations.
Collaborate with internal audit teams to deploy system-based controls and fraud monitoring tools.
Manage retail technology infrastructure including POS systems, scanners, printers, and network connectivity.
Ensure system reliability through business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
Lead ERP training initiatives and coordinate technology vendors and consultants.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
7–10 years’ IT experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience managing ERP implementations (ERPNext, Odoo, SAP B1, or similar).
Experience in multi-location retail, manufacturing, or food service environments.
Strong knowledge of Python, MariaDB, and Linux server environments.
Professional certifications such as ERPNext/Frappe, PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or COBIT are advantageous.
