The Admin Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ikeja.
The Admin Manager will oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, inventory and supplies control, and coordination of administrative support services.
Responsibilities include supervising administrative staff, managing schedules and meetings, handling correspondence and documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
The role involves supporting HR and finance with records management, assisting with vendor and service provider relations, and preparing periodic administrative reports for management. The Admin Manager will also help improve operational processes, maintain a professional office environment, and contribute to effective communication across departments.
Qualifications
Strong office administration and operations management skills, including facilities coordination, records management, and workflow organization.
People management capabilities, such as supervising administrative staff, delegating tasks, and fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment.
Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, email and calendaring systems, and document management tools).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports, draft correspondence, and interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including attention to detail, prioritization of tasks, and handling multiple responsibilities effectively.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on process improvement and maintaining high standards of accuracy and reliability.
Knowledge of basic HR and finance support functions, such as maintaining staff records, assisting with payroll documentation, and managing vendor and contract files.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; professional certifications in administration or office management are an advantage.
Previous experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably within an ICT, technology, or services-oriented environment.
