Soteria Eye Clinic is a trusted provider of quality eye care services, committed to improving the vision and lives of our patients. We are looking for a creative, proactive Social Media Officer to build our online presence and strengthen our connection with our community.
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, and TikTok
Manage a consistent posting schedule while maintaining our brand voice and image
Monitor comments and messages, and respond promptly and professionally
Track page insights/analytics and prepare periodic performance reports
Work with clinic staff to source content ideas (health tips, patient testimonials, promotions, events)
Stay on top of social media trends and recommend new ways to grow our reach
Support online reputation management, including responding to reviews and feedback
Requirements
1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management or digital marketing
Solid working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, and TikTok
A portfolio of previous social media work/campaigns is required and must be submitted with your application
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative eye for content, design, and current trends
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines
