Job Summary
We seek the services of an experienced professional to work with us as Head, Corporate Services.
The Head, Corporate Services will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Bank's corporate support functions, ensuring efficient administration, procurement, facilities management, asset management, and effective delivery of shared services. The successful candidate will drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and the implementation of policies and processes that support the Bank's overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures for effective corporate services delivery.
Oversee administration, procurement, facilities, asset management, logistics, and other support services.
Ensure efficient management and maintenance of the Bank's facilities and physical assets.
Drive cost optimization and ensure value for money in the procurement of goods and services.
Manage vendor and service provider relationships and ensure effective contract administration.
Develop and monitor the Corporate Services budget and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
Ensure compliance with approved policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Identify operational and administrative risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
Drive process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives across corporate support functions.
Prepare periodic reports on corporate services activities, performance, and key operational issues.
Work closely with other departments to ensure timely and effective support services.
Lead, supervise, and develop the Corporate Services team.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Relevant professional qualification in Administration, Procurement, Facilities Management, or a related discipline is an advantage.
Master's degree is an added advantage.
Minimum of 7–10 years' relevant experience, including experience in a senior or managerial corporate services or administration role.
Experience in banking, microfinance, fintech, or another regulated organization is an advantage.
Proven experience in administration, procurement, facilities management, asset management, vendor management, and operational support services.
