Job Description

Monitor and record daily stock levels of lubricants in warehouse.
Responsible for receiving and verify product deliveries against waybills, loading documents and purchase orders, ensuring quantities and quality meet specification before acceptance
Ensure proper documentation of all stock movements including transfers, returns and adjustments.
Responsible for collecting, counting, recording, and banking and safe keeping of all daily cash sales of the station.
Preparation of daily/monthly POS reconciliation report to ensure accuracy of receipt of funds.
Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly and monthly stock reports to the finance team.
Responsible for identifying and promptly report stock discrepancies, variances, losses or suspected theft to the Station Manager.
Any other tasks may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Bsc/HND Degree
Attention to details
Clear and accurate written and spoken communication
Ability to work with and in teams\' settings
Self-motivated and work well with little supervision
Experience in similar or related role of 2 – 3 years
