We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Officer to manage inventory operations, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure the efficient movement of inventory across the organization.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and organizational skills with a commitment to inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Monitor stock levels and notify management of low-stock items.
Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory.
Prepare inventory reports and maintain documentation.
Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.
Requirements
Possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in Inventory or Store Management is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
