Specializing in advanced acute care medicine, our midtown location boasts a Level 1 trauma center and comprehensive stroke center, the region?s only EMCO program and a Level III NICU. Our medical staff includes more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups. Responsibilities As program coordinator, the individual provides leadership, oversees patient care quality, ensures compliance with Level of Care standards, and manages daily operations. Responsibilities also include maintaining data integrity, developing program plans, and ensuring readiness. The role supports community outreach, represents the organization in regional meetings, and liaises with EMS. The individual collaborates on education initiatives, supports evidence-based practice, and contributes to staff development and professional growth. Qualifications Job Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent Associate?s degree in Nursing RN Active Nursing license BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care NRP ACLS (Labor & Delivery only) Preferred Job Requirements: BSN 5 years in Clinical Specialty 2 years of Leadership
