Job Summary
The Electrical & Electronics Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving electrical and electronic systems on injection molding machines, extrusion, Pen assembling machines and auxiliary equipment.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, fault diagnosis, and production machinery.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines.
Troubleshoot Electrical and Electronic faults on machines and auxiliary equipment.
Repair and maintain: Temperature controllers /PLC systems /Sensors and limit switches /Servo and hydraulic control systems /Heaters and thermocouples /Motor drives and contactors
Read and interpret electrical drawings and circuit diagrams.
Ensure minimum machine downtime and quick fault resolution.
Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements.
Maintain proper maintenance records and reports.
Support installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of HND / BSc in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field.
2–5 years’ experience in industrial or injection molding machine maintenance.
Good knowledge of: Industrial electrical systems /PLC troubleshooting /Sensors and Limit Switches /Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Ability to use electrical testing tools such as multimeter, clamp meter, and insulation tester.
Experience with machines such as: Demag/ HaitianEngel/ Toshiba / Arburg
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and during shift operations if required.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Experience in plastic manufacturing industry.
Understanding of industrial safety standards.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
