Nationwide, Job Description Saint Luke’s Hospitals is seeking patient-focused, compassionate, and skilled Phlebotomist/Lab Support Technicians to join our team. Multiple shifts and locations are available. In this role, you will support laboratory operations through specimen collection, processing, patient registration, test ordering, Point-of-Care testing, and other critical laboratory functions. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities Collect patient specimens in accordance with laboratory policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Accurately match patient specimens with provider test orders in the LIS/EMR. Perform and document Point-of-Care testing as required. Identify and address factors that may affect accurate specimen collection. Communicate effectively with nursing staff and care teams regarding patient collections and specimen needs.
