Job Summary
This Montessori School is seeking passionate, dedicated, and teachable educators to join its Nursery and Primary sections.
The ideal candidates should possess a genuine love for teaching children, demonstrate good character, communicate effectively, and be willing to grow and build a long-term career with the school.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons.
Create a safe, stimulating, and child-friendly learning environment.
Effectively manage classroom activities and maintain discipline.
Assess pupils' academic progress and provide appropriate support.
Prepare lesson notes, teaching aids, and instructional materials.
Maintain accurate attendance and academic records.
Promote pupils' intellectual, emotional, social, and moral development.
Participate in staff meetings, school events, and training programmes.
Communicate professionally with parents and school management.
Perform other teaching-related duties assigned by the school.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: ND, HND, or B.Sc.
Minimum of a year teaching experience in a Nursery or Primary school.
Strong classroom management skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Patient, caring, and passionate about working with children.
Good moral character and professional attitude.
Teachable, adaptable, and willing to learn.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
Commitment to long-term employment with the school.

Employment Conditions:
Successful candidates are expected to resume on or before early August.
