Hotel or Restaurant experience a must: Minimum 2 years plus
Minimum 2 years in a Hotel F&B leadership role – Supervisor and above
Proven ability to be hands-on in a fast-paced environment a must
Experience in Bistro operations, Conferencing & Events an added advantage
Bartender & Mixologist background an added advantage
Local Candidates are an added advantage
Pre-opening experience is an added advantage
