Field Implementation Support Officer at Talent Lab Limited
Talent Lab is an indigenous talent capacity development and talent management organization that facilitates capacity-building interventions to upskill people within the mass labor market, serves as an aggregator for employers and employees, and is a recruiter of top talents for businesses and organizations. The Field Implementation Support Officer (FISO) will provide field-level technical support to ensure effective implementation of maternal and newborn health interventions. The role involves routine facility monitoring, data collection and analysis, supportive supervision, capacity building, stakeholder engagement, and tracking program performance to improve service delivery across supported facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine monitoring visits to health facilities to collect, verify, and report programme data, ensuring the quality and accuracy of maternal and newborn health information.
Provide and on-the-job coaching supportive supervision to healthcare workers to strengthen clinical documentation, reporting, referral systems, and quality improvement practices.
Engage and collaborate with health facility feams and state-level stakeholders to support effective programme implementation, performance monitoring, and service delivery.
Requirements
BSc in Nursing, Midwifery, or another health-related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in health workforce development, preferably in maternal and newborn health programmes.
Demonstrated experience in monitoring and evaluating health programmes, including data collection, analysis, reporting, and the use of digital data management tools.
Strong understanding of maternal and newborn health interventions, including pharmacovigilance, referral systems, and HMIS
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and report writing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
