We are looking for:
A Senior People Coordinator to strengthen our People team and support the growing demand for People-related services across the organization.
This role will be responsible for delivering timely, high-quality support to employees and business leaders, coordinating key People operations and processes, and ensuring an excellent employee experience.
What will you do
Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and engagement.
Partner with the People team lead to implement HR programs and policies.
Serve as a point of contact for employee and manager inquiries.
Support with coordinating employee transactions, benefits, and incentive programs.
Collaborate with Talent, Finance, and business stakeholders.
Provide support with preparing and analyzing People metrics, reports, and workforce data.
Support employee relations and foster positive employee experience.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR best practices.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems data.
Qualifications
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any other relevant discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience, preferably in HR, people operations, administration, employee services, or a related field where possible.
Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Certifications from reputable bodies such as SHRM, HRCI or CIPM will be of added advantage.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
Demonstrated customer-service mindset with a focus on responsiveness and employee experience.
Evidence of collaboration and partnership across teams to achieve shared objectives.
