An entry-level opportunity for a creative thinker eager to build a career in marketing, support brand growth, and gain hands-on experience across campaign execution, digital marketing, in-store activations, and market research.
Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)
Campaign Support: Support planning and execution across digital, in-store, and traditional channels.
Content Creation: Assist in developing marketing content including copy, visuals, and promotional materials.
Vendor & Agency Coordination: Liaise with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and campaign results.
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategic decisions.
Trade & Launch Activations: Support product launches, trade activations, and in-store promotional campaigns.
Event Logistics: Assist with planning and logistics for events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
Ad-hoc Duties: Execute other marketing tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
Requirements & Qualifications (What We Are Looking For)
Education & Experience:
Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand roles (NYSC or internship experience in marketing is an advantage).
Technical & Tools Proficiency:
Basic familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of Canva or basic design tools is a plus.
Key Skills & Attributes:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with keen interest in brands, consumer trends, and marketing.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle multiple tasks.
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for FMCG, retail, or consumer goods is a strong advantage.
Working Conditions:
Location: Lagos (On-site)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with a rotational Saturday schedule.
Fieldwork: Occasional visits to stores, activation venues, or events as required.
