To provide technical support to the Manager in respect to design and construction of concrete works in Agricultural Development Projects, and ensure they are completed as per approved designs and within time.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Facilitate Concrete Construction activities, including bar bending, shuttering / formwork and concrete pouring.
Carry out construction site inspections.
Direct Construction activities. Coordinate Setting out of construction sites.
Develop designs and do materials estimation.
Managing safety on sites.
Preparing Reports as required.
Ensure safety at construction sites and coordinate regulatory compliance.
Assisting with budget preparation, monitoring expenditures, and implementing cost-saving initiatives in concrete works.
Educational Qualification and Work Experience
Degree / HND / ND in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in concrete construction.
