Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding and integration of third-party products, APIs, payment solutions, and digital platforms.
Collaborate with internal product, technology, engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure successful integration projects.
Facilitate technical and business discussions with external partners and stakeholders.
Support integration planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch reviews.
Gather, document, and manage integration requirements while ensuring stakeholder sign-off.
Track project milestones and provide regular progress updates to management.
Support API integration activities and partner connectivity requirements.
Coordinate technical certification and production readiness activities.
Monitor integrated products and services, identify issues, and support timely resolution.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience, transaction volume, and revenue growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Professional certification in Product Management is an added advantage.
2–3 years' experience in Product Integration Support, Product Management, or a related role.
Experience working with APIs, digital products, or financial technology solutions is an added advantage.
