The Site Administrator will be responsible for coordinating site administration, maintaining accurate project documentation and employee records, supporting communication between the project site and Head Office, and ensuring administrative processes are executed efficiently to support smooth project operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and filing systems.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
Monitor site attendance, timesheets, and workforce records.
Coordinate staff documentation, onboarding, and welfare activities on site.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports, and project documents.
Liaise with the Head Office to ensure timely submission of administrative information and required documentation.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement requests for site administrative needs.
Support the Project Manager with administrative and operational coordination.
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Requirements
OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction, engineering, or project environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Excellent organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
