We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, executive, and personal support to the Vice Chairman.
The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate travel and high-level engagements, oversee projects, and ensure the seamless execution of both professional and personal responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Vice Chairman's calendar, correspondence, and daily schedule.
Coordinate local and international travel, including visas, flight bookings, and logistics.
Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, speeches, and other documents.
Support meetings, events, and special projects, including representing the Vice Chairman when required.
Liaise with internal teams, directors, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Manage confidential information, personal errands, and inventory of personal and corporate items.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice Chairman.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
3–5 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant supporting senior executives.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Strong administrative, project coordination, and event management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Experience with international travel coordination is an added advantage.
Good Bible knowledge is an added advantage.
