Drive and manage equipment like rock drills, continuous miners, and massive haulage trucks.
Assist in maintaining equipment, clear away loose rock and debris, and load and stack materials.
Handle and position explosive materials and prepare blast holes to safely extract minerals.
Ensure strict compliance with mining and environmental laws.
Protect mining sites, personnel, and assets from theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.

Requirements & Qualifications

First School Leaving Cert, SSCE/GCE/NECO, OND and NCE.
Physical fitness, stamina, and basic mechanical aptitude are essential.
Previous working experience or on site working experience is additional advantage.
