Sales Representative at Afrimedical Manufacturing and Supplies Limited

The Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Kudu 2.
This position is responsible for promoting Afrimedical’s medical products to healthcare providers, distributors, and institutional clients, building relationships and driving revenue growth.
Day-to-day activities include identifying prospective customers, conducting sales visits and product presentations, responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, and negotiating terms in line with company policies.
The role involves tracking sales pipelines, maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales reporting tools, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
The Sales Representative will also monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and support marketing activities such as trade shows, product demonstrations, and training sessions for clinical and procurement staff.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and close deals effectively.
Proficiency in communication and presentation, including clear verbal communication, professional business writing, and confident product demonstrations.
Solid customer service and relationship management skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.
Basic understanding of medical devices or healthcare products, preferably syringes, masks, or related consumables, and willingness to learn technical product details.
Ability to manage time, organize sales territories, and work independently while meeting targets and reporting accurately on activities.
Comfort with using digital tools such as CRM systems, spreadsheets, and email for sales tracking and client communication.
Relevant academic background, such as a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field; comparable professional experience may be considered.
Previous experience in field sales, medical device sales, or pharmaceutical sales is an advantage.
Valid authorization to work on-site in Kudu 2 and willingness to travel locally for client visits
