Job Summary
We are seeking a presentable, disciplined, and educated individual to join our team as a Driver.
This is not a purely manual role; we are looking for an individual with a sharp mind who can handle basic administrative tasks, maintain vehicle records, and represent our company with professionalism.
The ideal candidate must have a valid driver’s license and a strong sense of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Transportation: Safely convey the CEO and any others authorized by the CEO such as staff, executives, or goods to designated locations while adhering to traffic laws.
Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily vehicle inspections (oil, water, tire pressure, brakes) and ensure the vehicle is clean, polished, and in excellent working condition at all times.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logbooks regarding mileage, fuel consumption, and trip details. Prepare simple daily reports.
Errands: Deliver documents, parcels and others as instructed.
Basic Admin: Assist with light administrative support, such as filing vehicle documents or scanning receipts.
Security: Ensure the safety of passengers and the vehicle at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma / School Leaving Certificate (O’ Level).
Experience: Over 10 years driving experience is an advantage, but recent school leavers with a valid license are encouraged to apply.
Documentation: Valid Driver’s License, good references and a clean driving record (no major accidents).
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, high integrity, punctuality, and neat appearance.
Numeracy: Must be able to read maps, use GPS (Google Maps), and perform basic arithmetic for fuel tracking.
