Our client is seeking a strategic and commercially driven Head of Supply Chain & Procurement Systems to lead its end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations.
This role is ideal for an experienced leader with a proven track record in global sourcing, supplier negotiations, procurement transformation, and cost optimization within construction, manufacturing, engineering, or large-scale project environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead global sourcing and establish direct relationships with OEMs and international manufacturers.
Drive procurement strategies that reduce costs, improve margins, and strengthen working capital.
Oversee supplier negotiations, import logistics, freight, customs clearance, and landed cost management.
Implement ERP-driven procurement processes, governance frameworks, and vendor performance management systems.
Develop standardized procurement strategies for commercial and hospitality projects while supporting future local manufacturing initiatives.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely procurement and seamless project delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Professional certifications (CIPS, CPSM, APICS, etc.) are an added advantage.
Minimum of 10 years' experience leading procurement and supply chain functions in construction, manufacturing, engineering, FMCG, or similar industries.
Demonstrated experience in international sourcing, supplier development, import logistics, trade finance, and ERP implementation.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
