We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Operations Executive to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in travel operations within an IATA-accredited travel agency or reputable travel management company and possess excellent knowledge of airline reservations, ticketing, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle domestic and international flight reservations, ticketing, reissues, refunds, and exchanges.
Prepare accurate travel quotations and professionally curated itineraries.
Coordinate hotel reservations, airport transfers, travel insurance, and other travel services.
Process and follow up on visa applications and travel documentation.
Liaise with airlines, hotels, embassies, consolidators, and other travel partners.
Ensure all travel bookings are processed accurately and within agreed timelines.
Resolve travel-related issues promptly while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate booking records and operational reports.
Deliver exceptional support to both corporate and leisure travel clients.
Stay up to date with airline policies, fare rules, and industry developments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or HND in any relevant discipline.
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in an IATA-accredited travel agency or reputable travel management company.
Proficiency in Amadeus GDS is mandatory. Experience with Sabre GDS will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of airline fares, ticketing, reissues, refunds, exchanges, and routing.
Good understanding of visa processes and international travel requirements.
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
