Oversee all financial operations and payment processes across MDF and DÍNΛH, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full documentation
Review and validate payment requests, working closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of all transactions
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across all entities to ensure effective financial planning and liquidity control
Monitor financial performance, provide variance analysis, and support programme and operational teams in ensuring efficient and compliant fund utilisation
Prepare management, Board, donor, and statutory financial reports in line with internal standards and regulatory requirements
Ensure compliance with donor regulations, tax obligations, internal policies, and financial governance standards, including management of restricted and unrestricted funds
Strengthen internal controls, support audit processes, and ensure full audit readiness across all financial activities
Maintain accurate financial records and support continuous improvement of financial systems, reporting tools, and operational processes
Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support executive decision making and organisational planning
Maintain the highest standards of discretion, integrity, and accountability in all financial operations
Carry out any additional responsibilities as assigned by the CEO in support of organisational objectives
