Application Consultant Radiation Therapy
- Maximize product portfolio penetration into the existing install baseÂ
- Maintains complete transparency of responsible Radiotherapy install baseÂ
- Work with Area Sales Managers to design and implement upgrade paths for complete install baseÂ
- Document upgrade projects for existing install base in salesforceÂ
- Update clinical usage report for each account into salesforce quarterlyÂ
- Document quarterly upgrade status and strategy on complete install baseÂ
- Actively work and promote regional meetings for your respective regionÂ
- Become proficient in the On-Site Applications Training (OAT) Courses for ExactracÂ
- Be a certified expert to assist customers with all aspects of elementsÂ
- Be a certified expert to assist customers with Exactrac Case coveragesÂ
- Provide focused support post installation for both elements and ExacTrac to ensure confidence and utilization in the productÂ
- Responsible for visiting all Brainlab Radiotherapy accounts in region a minimum three times per year with primary goals of maximizing utilization and understanding the utilization of platform/s by indicationÂ
- Become an expert on your RT install baseÂ
- Liaison for RT peer to peer discussionsÂ
- Lead Element software update installation for respective region as directedÂ
- Support the Regional Marketing Manager in acquiring information from RT sites needed for marketing projects and initiatives.Â
- Constantly communicates with Regional Marketing Manager providing feedback on product development based on market surveillance and communications with sales and customers.Â
- Responsible for meeting salesforce.com expectations regarding documentation of contacts, complaint handling and case management.Â
- Assist in Market Transparency through documentation in salesforceÂ
- Supports presales activities as Application Expert in presentations, evaluations, and customer meetingsÂ
- Proficient in all aspects of quotebase and configuration of technologyÂ
- Coordinates and or assist in on-site visitations of other customers at key centersÂ
- Assist sales and take responsibility for product demonstrations during site visits.Â
- Assists sales in the presentation when assistance is needed with key accountsÂ
- Focus on penetration of all radiotherapy/radiosurgery product into global top 300 target accountsÂ
- Responsible for timely completion of his/her own projectsÂ
- Establishes close personal bond to all radiotherapy users within the regionÂ
- Identify customers that are underutilizing installed applications. Provide data and set quantitative objectives and implement action plan.Â
- Facilitates publication of studies/presentations at congressesÂ
- Develop and manage install base for respective region and document activities and outcomes for install baseÂ
- Assist in coordination of training course for respective regionÂ
- Coordinates pre-sales training to prospective customersÂ
- Brainlab expert for responsible sales counterpartsÂ
- Communicate in a courteous manner with all customers and their respective team members, company vendor reps, partners and other Brainlab employeesÂ
- Set a professional example within the companyÂ
- Travel requirements: Approximately 75 nights per year
Compensation Package:
- Base Salary $90,000 – $100,000 (based on experience)
- Competitive Performance Based Variable Compensation
- Car Allowance: Monthly fixed car allowance and mileage reimbursement (Motus)
- Travel expenses: Brainlab reimburses travel expenses

- BA/BS preferred, or equivalent experienceÂ
- Radiation Therapist (RTT) preferred but not requiredÂ
- Dosimetry background preferred but not requiredÂ
- Must be a road warrior, with a willingness and desire to travel constantlyÂ
- Documented success in prior positionsÂ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsÂ
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and a proven history of ability to make independent decisionsÂ
- Previous experience communicating with healthcare professionalsÂ
- Superior customer relations proficiency and experience working closely with clinical staffÂ
- Strong presentation skillsÂ
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookÂ
- High comfort level with software and technology, in generalÂ
