Develop and expand sustainable B2B sales channels by identifying new business opportunities across local and international markets.
Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retail partners, and corporate customers.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market penetration.
Conduct market research and analyze customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer retention and long-term business growth.
Represent the company during business meetings, trade exhibitions, and customer visits.
Coordinate order processing, customer support, logistics follow-up, and timely delivery with internal teams.
Work closely with Finance, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders and payment follow-up.
Support management with sales forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking against agreed KPIs.
Support export business activities and international customer management where applicable.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
4–5 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or market development, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing.
Experience managing distributor, wholesale, or corporate customer relationships.
Export sales or international business exposure is an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Good understanding of sales operations, order management, and customer service processes.
