Lead recruitment and selection processes
Develop and implement HR policies.
Oversee performance management and staff development.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Manage and supervise payroll administration.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Strong communication, coordination and maintain a positive organizational culture.

Qualifications and Experiences

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any related fields;
Professional HR certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, PHR or equivalent are highly preferred.
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in HR Management including leadership or strategic HR responsibilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Applicants must be residing around Lekki/Ajah axis.
