Job Summary
To Ensure Accurate, High‑Quality Spare Parts Master Data, Lifespan Norms, Quality Verification, And Timely Discrepancy Resolution That Support Efficient Maintenance Operations, Cost Transparency, And Reliable Budgeting.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Supports the Master data of all Factory, Estate, Transport and Workshop equipment spares for integration with the SAP SCG module.
Acquire and compute average lifespan of all high valued OEM spares for Norms.
Support in quality Inspection of spares.
Ensures monthly and quarterly updates any new spares to masters.
Regular resolve and adjustment of all spare issuance queries.
Provides accurate spare usage history and cost data for annual budgeting.
Regularly resolves and adjusts all spare issuance discrepancies.
Educational Qualification and Work Experience
Shall hold the Minimum of a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
Any relevant professional certification is an added advantage
Minimum of 2years of experience in SAP PM/MM/SCG modules.
