Job Summary
To provide administrative and secretarial support to the Agriculture Development Manager and project team, ensuring efficient documentation, communication, and coordination of project activities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Manage project documentation and filing systems.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
Maintain schedules and calendars for project activities.
Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence.
Assist in tracking project deliverables and timelines.
Support procurement and logistics documentation.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
Educational Qualification and Work Experience
Minimum of B.Sc. in Business Administration, or related field.
Time Management, office applications.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Administration or any related discipline
