We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in sales, marketing, and finance to drive revenue growth and expand the company's client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within the real estate and finance industry, with the ability to identify new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦350,000 Monthly
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Develop and implement effective business development and sales strategies.
Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Promote the company's real estate and financial products to individuals and corporate clients.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and sales presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Prepare periodic sales, pipeline, and business development reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in sales, marketing, and finance.
Demonstrated track record of successful business development and generating new business opportunities.
Previous sales experience within the real estate and finance industry is mandatory.
Strong understanding of real estate products, market trends, and client acquisition strategies.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and consistently achieve business growth targets.
