Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our male fashion retail team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a memorable shopping experience, building lasting customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
Provide personalized styling recommendations and product advice based on customers' preferences and needs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue opportunities.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
Ensure merchandise is neatly arranged, well-stocked, and attractively displayed at all times.
Monitor inventory levels and promptly report low stock or fast-moving items.
Assist with receiving, tagging, and arranging new stock deliveries.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Stay informed about current fashion trends, new arrivals, promotions, and product features.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Support promotional activities, in-store campaigns, and special sales events.
Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate sales records where required.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall business objectives.
Requirements
Minimum of OND in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for men's fashion and excellent styling sense.
Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
Ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
Good grooming and professional appearance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must reside in or around Surulere or be willing to commute conveniently.
