FoLiXx Bukka is hiring an Operations Manager to act as the central control officer for the business — the person who keeps Procurement, Receiving, Stores, Batching, Kitchen, QC, FOH, Customer Service, Dispatch, Cashier, and Audit working as one synchronised engine.
This is not a manager-of-activities role. It is a senior operational control seat.
You protect sales, stock, cost, speed, product quality, customer experience, and reporting discipline — across every shift.
Folixx Hospitality Group operates against a N1 billion monthly group revenue target; Folixx Bukka is one of its largest contributors. You own the operational machine that delivers that number.
Responsibilties
End-to-end oversight of 18 operational units — from Procurement, Receiving, Stores, Batching and Kitchen through QC, FOH, Customer Service, Dispatch, Cashier, Audit, Hygiene, Maintenance, Security, HR rostering, and Sales interface.
Daily production readiness — high-moving items ready before peak, refill discipline, stock-out prevention.
Buyback execution, vendor performance, yield, portioning, waste, and recipe discipline across Batching and Kitchen.
]Customer experience across FOH, online orders, and last-mile dispatch — no complaint escapes your awareness.
Cashier accuracy, POS control, third-party reconciliation, and audit findings closure.
Weekly roster planning (latest Friday) and daily manpower control — no understaffing during peak.
Daily, weekly, and monthly business control reports to MD and HR Operations — numbers must tie.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 4 years experience.
