Job Overview
Orange Capitals Limited is a fast-growing financial services firm dedicated to providing accessible credit and loan solutions to individuals and businesses. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Loan / Sales Officer to join our team in Abuja.
In this role, you will be the face of the company, responsible for sourcing new loan clients, guiding them through the application process, and managing client relationships. If you have a knack for numbers, excellent persuasion skills, and want to boost your earnings through an attractive commission structure, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify and approach prospective individual and business clients in need of short-term or long-term loan facilities.
Loan Product Marketing: Educate potential clients on the various loan products offered by Orange Capitals Limited, explaining interest rates, repayment terms, and benefits clearly.
Pre-Screening & Assessment: Conduct preliminary evaluations of applicants' financial health, creditworthiness, and eligibility before submitting applications to the credit risk team.
Relationship & Portfolio Management: Build strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and manage your portfolio to ensure timely loan repayments.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly loan disbursement and customer acquisition targets.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Education: National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Banking & Finance, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in sales or marketing (experience marketing financial products, loans, or insurance is a major plus).
Location: Must reside in Abuja and be familiar with commercial hubs around Gudu and the wider Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC).
