The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries and complaints, and ensuring an excellent customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
Process orders, requests, and customer account updates.

Requirements
OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree.
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
