We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Midwife to provide high-quality maternal and newborn care.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting women during pregnancy, labor, delivery, and the postnatal period while ensuring the safety and wellbeing of both mother and child.
Key Responsibilities
Provide antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care to patients
Monitor and assess the condition of pregnant women and newborns
Assist in labor and delivery, ensuring safe and hygienic practices
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Educate patients on maternal and child health, breastfeeding, and family planning
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals
Ensure compliance with all clinical and safety standards
Requirements
Must be a Registered Midwife (RM) only
Valid practicing license with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN)
1 – 2 years post-qualification experience
Strong clinical and patient care skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
High level of professionalism and empathy.
