We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and process cash, card, and electronic payments accurately.
Issue receipts, invoices, and payment confirmations.
Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Attend to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Reconcile daily sales and prepare reports.
Ensure proper handling and safeguarding of cash and company assets.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Requirements
Minimum of OND/HND Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience as a cashier, customer service representative, or in a similar role is an added advantage.
Minimum of 2 years experience
