Hence, Primepex Limited is seeking the services of an interested and qualified Chief Operating Officer.We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with a minimum of five years of relevant experience to oversee and supervise civil works for a short-term project in Benin City. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, adherence to project specifications, safety compliance, and timely completion of assigned work.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction and civil engineering activities on site.
Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
Monitor project progress and prepare periodic reports.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage project resources efficiently to meet project timelines
Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions as required.
Verify measurements, quantities, and work completed for payment purposes.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
