About the Role
We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to own the creation of high-impact visual assets across brand, marketing, and campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who understands that:
Design is not just aesthetics — it drives engagement, clicks, and conversions
You will work across social media, ads, web, and print, owning the full design process from concept to delivery while ensuring everything is on-brand, high-quality, and performance-driven.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Marketing & Campaign Design (Core Focus)
- Design high-performing visuals for:
- Social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Paid ads (Meta, Google Display)
- Email campaigns
- Presentations & sales decks
- Translate campaign ideas into clear, compelling visual concepts
- Create multiple variations for A/B testing
Brand Identity & Consistency
- Build and maintain:
- Logos
- Typography systems
- Color palettes
- Visual guidelines
- Ensure consistency across all channels and formats
Digital & Web Design
- Design:
- Web banners
- Landing page graphics
- Digital ad creatives
- Optimize designs for:
- Mobile
- Desktop
- Social platforms
Motion & Multimedia (Bonus Skillset)
- Create:
- GIFs
- Simple animations
- Motion graphics using Adobe After Effects
- Support light video or campaign edits
Tools & Design Stack
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
- Figma
- Canva
Collaboration & Workflow
- Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams
- Align designs with messaging and campaign goals
- Incorporate feedback quickly and efficiently
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
File Management & Delivery
- Deliver assets in multiple formats:
- AI, PSD, PNG, PDF
- Maintain organized libraries of:
- Templates
- Assets
- Brand materials
