Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Spa/Wellness Therapist to provide a range of therapeutic and beauty treatments to clients. The ideal candidate will ensure a relaxing and professional experience while promoting wellness services and maintaining high hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, and other wellness therapies
Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment
Ensure client comfort, privacy, and satisfaction throughout the service
Promote and upsell spa services and products to clients
Maintain accurate client records and treatment history
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Prepare treatment rooms before and after each session
Handle client inquiries and bookings professionally

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum of SSCE / OND / relevant certification in Beauty Therapy or Wellness
Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, Massage Therapist, or similar role
Knowledge of different massage techniques and skincare treatments
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Strong customer service orientation
