We train hospitality teams across Nigeria. We work with hotels, restaurants, lounges, and bars to sharpen their staff in customer service, food and beverage, bartending, kitchen operations, housekeeping, and leadership. Our training blends global best practices with the realities of the Nigerian hospitality market.
Role Summary
We are hiring a Business Development Executive to own our sales pipeline in Lagos. You will identify hospitality venues needing training, open conversations with decision makers, qualify their needs, present our services, and close deals. You will work directly with the Founder and report your pipeline every week.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain a target list of 100 plus hospitality venues across Lagos
Conduct 50 outreach touches per week through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, phone, and in-person visits
Book 5 discovery calls per week with General Managers, owners, and operations decision makers
Send 2 proposals per week to qualified prospects
Close 1 deal per month from month one, growing to 2 to 3 per month by month four
Update the CRM daily with every interaction and next step
Attend a weekly Monday pipeline review with numbers, blockers, and asks prepared
Follow up on every proposal within 48 hours and every 5 days thereafter
Represent the business with the same service standards we teach our clients
Requirements
3 to 5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in hospitality, services, or B2B sales to hospitality buyers.
Existing relationships with hospitality decision makers in Lagos is a plus.
Comfort working inside a clear system with weekly accountability and written targets
Strong written and verbal communication in English
Experience with cold calls and outreach.
Good use of LinkedIN.
Ownership mindset over outcomes, not over activity
Energy, and professional presentation
A working laptop and smartphone
Willingness to move across Lagos for venue visits

Base salary is set on experience.
Commission on every closed deal (T&C applies)
Compensation review at month 6 with a path to a senior BD role and higher base
