We are seeking a well-presented, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist (Female preferred) to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and provide essential administrative support in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Warmly welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and guests
Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls to appropriate departments
Provide basic company information and handle inquiries professionally
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and courier packages
Ensure timely delivery of mails and parcels to relevant staff
Manage office supplies and maintain stock levels at the reception area
Assist in purchasing and replenishment of office supplies when needed
Schedule and coordinate meeting room usage
Ensure meeting rooms are clean, organized, and properly equipped
Requirements
Minimum of HND/BSc in any related field
Minimum of 2–3 years’ experiencein a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role(Post Nysc)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in basic office tools is an advantage
Female candidates are strongly preferred
