Experienced Panel Saw Operator required to run the Biesse Selco SK3 CNC beam saw in a woodworking/furniture production environment.
Focus on precise panel cutting, optimisation, and efficient machine operation.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, program, and operate the Selco SK3 for accurate single or stack panel cutting.
Use OSI software for pattern optimisation, simulation, labelling, and barcoding.
Handle blade changes (Quick Change system), adjustments (Digiset), loading/unloading, and quality inspection.
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and waste minimisation.
Strictly follow safety protocols and production schedules.
Requirements
4–7 years hands-on experience with Biesse Selco SK3 or similar CNC beam saw.
Ability to read technical drawings and cutting lists.
Strong attention to detail, computer skills, and physical fitness for workshop duties.
Knowledge of woodworking materials (MDF, chipboard, plywood, etc.).
